Long wait time in line in lobby every time I go there; clerks are very slow and too much small talk with customers, slows service down!
I am reviewing corporate SunTrust Bank. I changed banks after I got the run around from them regarding mortgage mitigation for over one year and after they closed three (3) of our local banks on the Eastern Shore, VA. Their customer service eroded considerably over the years. The managers in a couple of the local banks were absolutely terrific, but their hands were tied by bank policies. I would certainly not recommend SunTrust Bank to anyone.

The bank is in horrible condition! Needs to be remodeled! It needs serious work to make it less of a "ghetto-type" atmosphere! As a woman, I am actually very nervous and uncomfortable doing my banking at that particular branch! They had their main doors shot out a while back, took a long time to repair, they just boarded it up, looked terrible and terrifying! I only bank there now if I have to go on a Saturday as they are the only branch in Lynchburg area that has their looby open for a whole 3 hours! It's just gross inside and outside!!!!! Suntrust, you should be ashamed of yourselves!!!!! Spruce up your banks...they desperately need it; especially THIS ONE!!!!!
