I was passing through the area when my car started acting weird. I called and Brett got me in immediatly (on a saturday). The mechanics had to change my axel which they did in about an hour and half getting me back on the road!! They also made sure that the car was totally safe to drive for my long trip! All this right before they were getting ready to close for the day! I was thrilled! Best experience in a situation that could have been awful!

Stacy and Brett understand customer service. I appreciate their honesty and respect. The shop is wide open and you can clearly see the bays from the waiting room, through windows that are sparkling clean. They make the effort to be as transparent (literally ) as possible. Brett takes the time to explain to me what needs fixing and why, and follows up by showing me the damaged part(s). This is my second time there and I will be going back, plus my spouse will now also be using them for his truck's repairs. Bottom line is that retail car parts are expensive, and if you can't do the work yourself then tech time can add up, but at least at this Meineke in Madison Heights, VA, I know I am not getting taken advantage of. Stacy will provide quotes over the phone in advance and these have been accurate at time of payment. I highly recommend them, they have a great team.
I had taken my vehicle to another shop nearby for a state inspection. They failed it for various reasons and told that the repairs would be costly. Instead of having them do the work I went to Meineke in Madison Heights for a second opinion. They went over my vehicle thoroughly and not only could not find a reason for failing my vehicle but were able to fix another repair that I needed for a very reasonable fee. They had the opportunity to pull the wool over my eyes but they were honest. That was 6 years ago and I have been a faithful customer ever since.
