I am sorry but I just did not think to look behind a school for this place. I had to actually pull into the school to get to this place. I can say we will not be going back in 4 months or at anytime.
They told us we would have to wait 4 more months for another appointment since we were late. My wife who is 7 months along in her pregnancy very nicely tried to tell the lady we could not find the place and tried to call. The lady acted like she did not even hear here anytime my wife spoke up.
We went in and they would not see us due to being late. I understand that they have a policy but when they do not answer their phone it makes it hard to contact them and we would not have been late if they would have answered their phone like they should.
This location is actually behind the school. Smallest building just south of the main school facility. Great staff & very high tech equipment.
Finally was able to get an appointment here for my wife. We are not familiar with Madison Heights as we live 45 min away but it was the only place that would see my wife at the time.
We could not find the place. We called for help and were on hold for 10 min with no body ever helping us for the second time. Finally we were able to find it behind a school there next to what seemed to be the football field.
Hard to get an appointment when you need it right away.
They had two other people in there and were not busy. I just did not like how they acted to my wife who I felt was way to nice. We were just a few minutes late and again would not have been if they would have answered the phone as we called well before then to get help with where they were located.
