Office management is terrible. I've had a problem with billing that I reported August 2017. I took cancelled checks (as requested by the office manager) to show I paid a bill twice and as of today (11/15/2017) it hasn't been resolved. I called 11/14 and 11/15 to discuss the problem and not only couldn't speak to the office manager but never received a call back. I have been using CVFP Monelison for over 10 years and their recent move to work with Privia has only made things worse.
I have been going to this practice since I was literally weeks old. The staff are all very friendly and the Dr's are great at what they do. This is a primary physician's office so if you need immediate care you can visit the immediate care center located in the same building
Very very poor customer service, the blonde girl in immediate care should not be interacting with customers what so ever. She's very rude, unprofessional, she told me they would not accept the insurance i had (even though I had been seen several times with this very insurance!!!) & after speaking directly to the office manager(Very rude and unprofessional also) still with no resolution or explanation (even though I had been a patient for 15 years) I noticed neither really know the ins and outs of the practice.I would not recommend this place to a gold fish, I'll continue making the extra drive to centra.
Very poor customer service. Receptionist was very rude and said they didn't except my children's insurance. However, it states that it is in fact excepted on their website. Then it was that they weren't excepting any new patients. All they need is their flu shot! We are new to the area and I'm very displeased with my interaction with this medical office. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend as a first choice. Perhaps they should consider retraining their office staff.
