What a wonderful experience working with Dawn for my Mom's flowers for her 84th birthday! I really wanted to have tulips sent to her and Dawn informed me they had just received a delivery the day before! I was so excited and knew calling the Flower Basket was meant to be. I live out of state so the reviews are very important to me. I have in the past been using a florist in Lynchburg but noticed the ratings had gone down. When I read all the positive reviews about Flower Basket I was hopeful and I was not disappointed. I was able to visit with my Mom for her big birthday and sitting front and center was the most divine arrangement of tulips with the prettiest red and white plaid bow! She loved them and that is what was most important to me!! Thank you Dawn and Flower Basket!!!
Excellent service and care are given with each order. I've been ordering flowers for both carry-out and deliveries for almost 2 years now for special occasions as well as random, just because moments. They are very flexible to my needs and have great ideas for arrangements when I'm not sure what is best. Dawn, the owner, has remembered me by name since the 2nd time I've come in, along with my girlfriend's name and her kids' names. Very personal and kind, but still professional and accurate. Even when we've had an issue with a delivery, they've been very flexible and worked with me to make it work. Can't say enough about these guys. Quality products for fair prices. The Flower Basket will be my florist for as long as we live here.
