FANTASTIC!! Daniel and John were on time, extremely knowledgeable, worked efficiently, and then cleaned up!! It was really a pleasure to have them complete our project. We have been in our house over thirty years and have had Hickey Electric do many things including upgrading our electrical system. Today Scott and Will changed our recessed kitchen light fixtures to give us more light, installed a new porch light, fixed the attic fan and put in a few new switches. Daniel Henson called to let me know when he would arrive. Once he arrived, he was methodical and thorough in checking all our equipment. When he discovered issues, he took time to explain what he had found, what the solution was, and how much it would cost. He then fixed all the problems, explained what he had done, and also offered suggestions for future efforts to conserve energy. He was friendly, informed, professional.
They were great really friendly and were able to come the same day I called at first it was going to be the day after put someone canceled and they were johnny on the spot to make sure my home got taken care of. The man that came was very friendly and helpful he had the problem spotted pretty quickly and showed us pictures he took of the area so we knew what needed to be fixed. He made sure to get everything done to our satisfaction before leaving even though it was past the office's closing time and he should have been going home. I would recommend them to anyone that ask.
Our AC unit wasn't working so we called Hickey. Daniel came out promptly at 8:30 am went right to work. He assessed both units and was informative throughout the process. He showed pictures of what he saw and explained how it was supposed to be. Daniel was an extremely hard worker and stayed until the job was completed. Now our AC units are in good shape and are keeping us cool. Thank you Daniel and Hickey Electric.
