Had everything we needed ACCEPT out of 10 plus check outs they have they only had 1 that was open. Its alot of employees making personal calls with the lowes phones that is probably why nobody can get in touch with anyone there for orders ect. The younger (female) employees can be very rude and act like it a crime to greet someone nicely or be nice in general. Aside from the rude unhappy employees and the extremely soow check out its ok....
Lowe's in Madison Heights,Va is always a great place to shop...People here are always very friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about products they carry..
Very pleased with the service everytime when me and my boss go into Madison heights lowes we go at least twice a week and were treated very well by the employees
