I've been taking my dog here for years (They are now in downtown lynchburg), she always comes back smelling nice and her hair just how we asked. I know shes in good hands when she's there.
I really wouldn't even give this place a 1 star...nor call it a business. It's the most unprofessional place we didn't get to take our dog to. An appointment was made. Owner rushes to get home from work 2 hours away. Closed sign up. Door locked, answering machine on. No cars in lot. Was then informed after returning home (and I called this place) that the address was never changed when they moved. No offer for our trouble. Just a oops. So, trying one that is in the Heights and will inform everyone. Oh, also..signs for grooming are posted at the supposed wrong location. Really. POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
